🌱 Healthy Seed Mix (for heart & general wellness)
Ingredients:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flaxseeds (ground is best)
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 cup warm water or yogurt (optional)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all the seeds together.
Add them to warm water or yogurt.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes (chia and flax will soften).
Add honey if you like a bit of sweetness.
Eat once daily, preferably in the morning.
