Fastest Oven-Style Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes
1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Salt
Optional toppings: butter, cheese, sour cream, green onions, bacon bits
Fast Method (Microwave + Oven)
Wash and dry the potatoes.
Pierce each potato 5–6 times with a fork.
Rub with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Microwave on high for 4–5 minutes per potato (turn halfway through).
2 potatoes: about 8–10 minutes total
4 potatoes: about 12–14 minutes total
Transfer to a hot oven at 220°C (425°F) for 10–15 minutes to crisp the skin.
Even Faster Air Fryer Method
Prep potatoes the same way.
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
To Serve
Slice open, fluff the inside with a fork, and add your favorite toppings.

Tuna mayo
Herb yogurt sauce
