4-Ingredient Grandma’s Spring Night Casserole
A cozy, creamy baked dinner that’s simple, filling, and perfect for chilly evenings.
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 box stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Optional
½ cup chicken broth or water (for extra moisture)
Chopped parsley for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a baking dish lightly.
Place chicken breasts in the dish and season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
In a bowl, mix together:
cream of chicken soup
sour cream
chicken broth/water if using
Spread the creamy mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until the stuffing is golden and the chicken is fully cooked.
