Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup milk (dairy or almond/oat milk)
½ cup chilled brewed coffee or cold brew
1–2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract
4–5 ice cubes
Optional Add-Ins
1 tbsp cocoa powder for a mocha flavor
2 tbsp oats for extra fullness
Pinch of cinnamon
Scoop of protein powder
Instructions
Brew coffee and let it cool.
Add banana, milk, coffee, peanut butter, vanilla, and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
