Crowd-Pleasing Baked Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls
These buttery, creamy pastry bars are one of those “everyone asks for the recipe” desserts — easy to make and always disappear fast.
Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted butter
Cinnamon sugar for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Unroll 1 can of crescent dough and press it into the bottom of the dish.
In a bowl, beat together:
cream cheese
sugar
vanilla
until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
Place the second can of crescent dough on top and gently stretch to cover.
Brush melted butter over the top.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly before slicing.
Optional Add-Ins
Strawberry or raspberry jam layered inside
Chopped pecans
Lemon zest for a cheesecake flavor twist
Best served slightly warm or chilled from the fridge.
