Sautéed Mushroom and Broccoli Stir-Fry 🥦🍄
A quick, healthy, and flavorful veggie dish perfect as a side or served over rice or noodles!
Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil or sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce or hoisin sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sesame seeds or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the broccoli
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Blanch broccoli for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Cook the mushrooms
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms and sauté for 5–6 minutes until golden and tender.
Add aromatics
Stir in garlic and ginger.
Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Combine everything
Add broccoli to the pan.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and water in a small bowl.
Pour over vegetables and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Serve
Taste and season with pepper or extra soy sauce if needed.
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.

Bell peppers or carrots
Chili flakes for heat
Serve hot with steamed rice, noodles, or quinoa.
