Crispy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Bites 🥦
Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, then mix until the cauliflower is well coated.
Spread florets in a single layer on the baking tray. Avoid overcrowding so they crisp up nicely.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
Optional Dipping Sauce
Mix together:
¼ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
Tips
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
