Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken
This easy 3-ingredient dinner is sweet, savory, and perfect over rice or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (about 14 oz)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
Optional Extras
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
Spoon the cranberry sauce on top.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6β7 hours
High: 3β4 hours
Once tender, shred the chicken slightly or leave whole and stir into the sauce.
