Chocolate Peanut Clusters
These easy no-bake treats are crunchy, chocolatey, and perfect for holidays or quick snacks.
Ingredients
2 cups roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp butter or coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Line a baking tray or plate with parchment paper.
Add the chocolate chips and butter to a saucepan over low heat (or microwave in 30-second bursts), stirring until completely melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla if using.
Fold the peanuts into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined tray to form clusters.
Let them set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 20–30 minutes until firm.
