Maple Brown Sugar Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin 🥓🍯
Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin (about 1–1½ lbs)
8–10 slices bacon
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional Glaze
1 extra tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish or sheet pan with foil.
Season the pork
Pat the pork tenderloin dry. Rub with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Make the maple mixture
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard.
Wrap with bacon
Brush some maple mixture over the pork. Wrap bacon slices around the tenderloin, slightly overlapping. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Bake
Place in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Glaze & caramelize
Brush with remaining maple mixture (and optional extra glaze). Broil for 3–5 minutes until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
Rest & serve
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
