Turmeric Ginger Honey Tonic
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 teaspoon ground turmeric (or 1 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric)
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon raw honey
Optional: pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
Instructions
Add water, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to a small saucepan.
Bring to a gentle simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Stir in lemon juice and raw honey.
Strain if desired and serve warm.

Orange slices for extra citrus flavor
Cayenne pepper for heat
Mint leaves for freshness
Serving Tip
Best enjoyed warm in the morning or before bed. You can also chill it and serve over ice.
