Slow Cooker Beef Chuck Roast Bites
This cozy slow cooker dinner turns simple beef chuck into tender, flavorful bites in a rich gravy-style sauce.
Ingredients
2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
3 cloves garlic, minced
Optional: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce for deeper flavor
Instructions
Place the beef chunks into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the beef.
Add the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce if using.
Stir lightly to coat the meat.
Cover and cook:
Low: 7–8 hours
High: 4–5 hours
Once the beef is fork-tender, stir everything together.
