47g Protein Breakfast Bowl
This high-protein breakfast is creamy, savory, filling, and perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
3 large eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
4 oz turkey sausage or chicken sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp olive oil or butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: spinach, diced peppers, green onions, hot sauce
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook sausage until browned and heated through.
Add veggies if using and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Whisk eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper together.
Pour into the skillet and cook slowly, stirring gently until fluffy.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let melt.
Serve hot with hot sauce or fresh herbs if desired.
