47g Protein Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
3 large eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
4 oz cooked turkey sausage or lean ground turkey
1/2 cup roasted potatoes or sweet potatoes
1/4 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp salsa or hot sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika to taste
Optional: spinach, green onions, diced tomatoes
Instructions
Roast or air-fry the potatoes until crispy.
Cook the turkey sausage or ground turkey in a skillet with seasoning.
Scramble the eggs until fluffy.
Assemble the bowl:
potatoes
eggs
turkey
cottage cheese
cheddar cheese
avocado
Top with salsa or hot sauce and garnish with green onions.
