Brown Sugar Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the chops and gently press it in.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add pork chops and cook for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and caramelized.
Spoon the melted butter and brown sugar sauce over the chops while cooking.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
