Ingredients
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheese, baking mix, milk, garlic powder, and pepper.
Mix until fully combined. (Using your hands works best.)
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm.
Optional Dipping Sauce
Mix together:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp honey mustard
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Add a pinch of cayenne for heat.
You can freeze the uncooked balls and bake later.
