Instructions:
Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
Slowly add warm water until you get a soft dough (not sticky).
Knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
Let rest 10–15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan (medium heat).
Tear small pieces of dough, flatten them, and fry until golden on both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
