Grandpa’s 3-Ingredient Bread Pudding
Ingredients
4 cups torn bread (stale bread works best)
2 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
Optional if you have them
Cinnamon
Butter
Vanilla
Raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place torn bread into a greased baking dish.
Warm the milk slightly and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
Pour over the bread and press gently so the bread absorbs the liquid.
Let sit 5 minutes.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden on top and set in the middle.
Serve warm on its own or with a little butter, honey, or cinnamon sprinkled on top.
