Zero Point Cucumber “Bang” Snack
Fresh, crunchy cucumbers coated in a spicy, tangy seasoning blend — perfect for a quick low-calorie snack.
Ingredients
2 large cucumbers
1 tbsp rice vinegar or fresh lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tsp chili flakes or Tajín seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt
Optional: a few drops of hot sauce
Optional garnish: sesame seeds or chopped green onions
Instructions
Wash the cucumbers and slice them into rounds or sticks.
Place them in a bowl and pat dry slightly for extra crunch.
Add vinegar or lemon juice and soy sauce.
Sprinkle in chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
Toss everything well until evenly coated.
Let sit for 5–10 minutes so the flavors soak in.
Top with sesame seeds or green onions if desired and enjoy cold.
