Creamy Cheesy “Can’t-Stop-Eating-It” Dip
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
200 g cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
2–3 tbsp mayonnaise (optional but makes it richer)
2 cloves garlic (minced) or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
3–4 slices cooked bacon (optional, crumbled)
Chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth.
Add chicken, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and half the cheese. Mix well.
Fold in bacon if using.
Spread into a baking dish.
Top with remaining mozzarella + cheddar.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbling and golden on top.
Let it sit 5 minutes before serving.
