Frozen Blueberry Greek Yogurt Clusters

🍇 Frozen Blueberry Greek Yogurt Clusters
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1–1½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional, enhances flavor)
Optional: melted dark chocolate for coating
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Spoon small clusters onto a tray lined with parchment paper (about tablespoon-sized).
Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until solid.
Optional upgrade: dip or drizzle with melted chocolate, then freeze again for 10–15 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Tip:
Let them sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before eating so they’re creamy instead of rock-hard.
