Creamy Garlic Chicken (Easy Skillet Recipe)
Ingredients:
2–3 chicken breasts (or thighs)
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup cooking cream (or thick cream)
1/2 cup chicken broth (or water + a pinch of salt)
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
Optional: parsley, grated cheese
Instructions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Pour in cream and broth, stir well, and let it simmer 2–3 minutes.
Return chicken to the pan and coat it in the sauce.
Simmer a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
Top with parsley or cheese if you want.
Serve with rice, pasta, or bread.
