Slow Cooker Sunday Pork Butt Roast
Ingredients
1 pork butt / pork shoulder roast (3–5 lbs)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup chicken broth
6–8 pepperoncini peppers (plus a splash of the juice)
Instructions
Place the pork butt into a slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and onion soup mix all over the meat.
Pour in the chicken broth.
Add the pepperoncini peppers and a little of the juice.
Cover and cook:
LOW for 8–10 hours, or
HIGH for 5–6 hours
Once the pork is fall-apart tender, shred it with two forks directly in the pot and mix with the juices.
