3-Ingredient Cheesy Comfort Snacks
These quick cheesy snacks are crispy outside, gooey inside, and perfect for late-night cravings or fast lunches.
Ingredients
6 slices bread
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place cheese between two slices, keeping the buttered sides facing outward.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook sandwiches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
Remove and cut into sticks, squares, or triangles for easy snacking.
