1 box (about 18–19 oz / 510–540 g) brownie mix
2 large eggs
¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
2 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for thicker cookies)
½ cup (90 g) chocolate chips (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix brownie mix + eggs + oil until combined.
Stir in flour if using (helps make cookies less spread out).
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the tray, leaving space between cookies.
Bake for 9–12 minutes until edges are set but centers still look soft.
Cool on the tray for 5–10 minutes before moving—they firm up as they cool.
