Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad recipe 🥗✨
Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
½ cup celery, finely diced
¼ cup red onion, finely diced (optional)
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or extra mayo)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cranberries, pecans, celery, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Chill for 20–30 minutes for the flavors to blend.
Serve in sandwiches, wraps, lettuce cups, croissants, or over fresh greens.
