🥒 Zero Point Cucumber “Bang” Snack
Ingredients:
2 large cucumbers, sliced into rounds or sticks
1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Juice of 1 lime (or lemon)
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce (optional for extra savory flavor)
Pinch of salt
Fresh cracked black pepper
Optional: chopped cilantro, red pepper flakes, or a splash of vinegar
Instructions:
Wash and slice cucumbers.
Add them to a large bowl or container with a lid.
Sprinkle in chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour over lime juice and soy sauce if using.
Toss or shake until everything is coated.
Chill for 5–10 minutes (optional) and enjoy cold.
Extra ideas:
