Ultimate Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake 🍗🧀
Ingredients
12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta according to package directions until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Add cooked chicken, cooked pasta, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Transfer everything to a greased baking dish.
Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
