2 fresh aloe vera leaves
1 cup coconut oil (or olive oil)
2 tablespoons castor oil (optional, for thicker hair)
1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (optional)
Instructions
Wash the aloe vera leaves well and cut off the edges.
Peel the leaves and scoop out the clear aloe gel.
Blend the gel until smooth.
In a pan, add coconut oil and the blended aloe vera gel.
Add castor oil and fenugreek seeds if using.
Cook on very low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring gently.
Continue until the water from the aloe evaporates and the oil looks clear.
Let it cool completely.
Strain the oil using a fine cloth or sieve.
Store in a clean glass bottle.
How to Use
Apply the oil to your scalp and hair roots.
Massage gently for 5–10 minutes.
Leave it on for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Wash with a mild shampoo.
Use 2–3 times per week.
Tips

Consistent use helps more than using a lot at once.
Healthy eating and gentle hair care also matter for hair growth.
