Ingredients
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
2 slices bread, toasted

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add milk (or cream), a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
Whisk really well for 1–2 minutes until the mixture becomes light and slightly frothy. This is the secret to fluffy eggs.
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and melt the butter gently.
