Fluffy Creamy Scrambled Eggs on Toast π³π
Ingredients
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
2 slices bread, toasted
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 tablespoon cream cheese for extra creaminess
Instructions
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add milk (or cream), a pinch of salt, and black pepper.
Whisk really well for 1β2 minutes until the mixture becomes light and slightly frothy. This is the secret to fluffy eggs.
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and melt the butter gently.
Pour in the eggs and let them sit for a few seconds.
Using a spatula, slowly stir and fold the eggs from the edges toward the center.
Keep cooking on low heatβslow cooking makes them soft and creamy.
If using cream cheese, stir it in just before the eggs finish cooking.
Remove from heat while the eggs still look slightly softβtheyβll keep cooking from the heat.
Spoon over warm toasted bread and sprinkle with extra black pepper.
