4-Ingredient Foil Packet Tender Meat Dinner
A simple, cozy dinner with juicy meat and flavorful veggies sealed in foil packets.
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops or chicken breasts
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Optional
Salt and pepper
A little butter for extra richness
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190Β°C (375Β°F).
Tear 4 large sheets of aluminum foil.
Place sliced potatoes in the center of each foil sheet.
Put one pork chop (or chicken breast) on top of the potatoes.
Sprinkle each with dry onion soup mix.
Spoon cream of mushroom soup evenly over each piece of meat.
Add a small pat of butter if desired.
Fold foil tightly into sealed packets so steam stays inside.
Place packets on a baking tray and bake for 45β60 minutes, until meat is tender and fully cooked.
Carefully open packets (hot steam!) and serve warm.
