Easy 4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
6–8 raw chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup honey
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Place the raw chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together:
onion soup mix
barbecue sauce
honey
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken thighs, making sure they are well coated.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Once tender and fully cooked, spoon the sauce over the chicken before serving.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
