🧾 Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 packet (7g) instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water (not hot)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
🥣 Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
Put flour, sugar, yeast, and salt into a large freezer-safe zip bag.
Seal the bag and shake well to combine.
Add wet ingredients
Open the bag slightly and pour in warm water and oil.
Seal again (leave some air inside so it’s easier to mix).
Knead in the bag
Squish and knead the dough inside the bag for about 5–8 minutes until it becomes smooth.
If it feels too sticky, add a little more flour (1 tbsp at a time).
Let it rise
Keep the dough in the sealed bag.
Let it rest in a warm place for 30–60 minutes, until it doubles in size.
Shape the bread
Remove dough and place on a floured surface.
Shape into a loaf or small rolls.
Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown on top.
Cool & enjoy
Let it cool slightly before slicing.

Add herbs, garlic powder, or cheese for extra flavor.
Brush with butter after baking for a softer crust.
