Slow Cooker Creamy Potatoes
Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup milk
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Lightly grease your slow cooker.
Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom.
Add half of the onion slices, half of the cheddar cheese, and a little salt and pepper.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes, onions, cheese, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with the milk until smooth.
Pour the soup mixture evenly over the potatoes.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and creamy.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Perfect as a cozy side dish or even a simple main meal.
