Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
1 tbsp chopped parsley or herbs (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 30–40 seconds until softened, then stir well.
Add eggs, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Mix everything until a thick dough forms.
Scoop small portions and shape into bite-sized balls or small flat rounds.
Place on the prepared tray.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
Let cool slightly and serve warm.
