Ginger, Garlic, Onion & Lemon Blend Recipe πΏπ
A simple homemade wellness blend often used as a warm drink.
Ingredients
1 medium onion (peeled and chopped)
1 whole lemon (washed and sliced, seeds removed)
1 large piece fresh ginger (about 2 inches / 5 cm, peeled and chopped)
4 cloves garlic (peeled)
3 cups water
1β2 tablespoons honey (optional, for taste)
Instructions
Add the onion, lemon, ginger, and garlic to a pot.
Pour in 3 cups of water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15β20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Strain the liquid into a jar or cup.
Add honey if desired and stir well.
How to Use
Drink 1 small cup warm, once or twice a day.
Storage
Keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
