Creamy “Addictive” Chicken Bake
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
1 cup cooked pasta (penne or rotini works great)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: crispy turkey bacon bits or beef bacon
Optional topping: extra cheese + breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix:
Cream cheese
Sour cream
Soup
Garlic
Paprika, salt, and pepper
Stir until smooth.
Add in:
Chicken
Cooked pasta
Half of the shredded cheese
Mix everything together.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese (and breadcrumbs if you like a crispy top).
Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Let it sit 5 minutes… then serve.
