2 cups roasted peanuts (salted or unsalted)
200–250 g chocolate (milk, dark, or a mix)
1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra shine and smoothness)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Melt the chocolate
Use a double boiler or microwave (heat in 20–30 second bursts, stirring each time) until smooth.
Stir in butter if using.
Add peanuts
Pour the peanuts into the melted chocolate.
Mix well so all peanuts are coated.
Form clusters
Line a tray with parchment paper.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray to form small clusters.
Set
Let them cool at room temperature or place in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Serve & enjoy 😋
Once hardened, peel off and store in an airtight container.
Tips
Add raisins, almonds, or cornflakes for variation.
Use dark chocolate if you prefer less sweetness.
A pinch of sea salt on top makes them even better.
