🌿 Okra Water (Simple Wellness Drink)
Ingredients:
4–5 fresh okra pods
1 cup water
Optional: a squeeze of lemon
Instructions:
Wash the okra thoroughly.
Cut off the ends and slice each pod lengthwise.
Place them in a glass of water.
Let soak overnight (8–12 hours).
In the morning, remove the okra and drink the water on an empty stomach.
Add lemon if you want better taste.
🍹 Alternative: Okra Smoothie
Ingredients:
3–4 okra pods
1 banana
1 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 teaspoon honey
Instructions:
Wash and chop the okra.
Blend with banana, milk, and honey until smooth.
Drink fresh.
