π§Ύ Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries (hulled & sliced)
1 large apple (chopped, skin on or off)
2 cups cold milk (or almond milk)
1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2β3 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
1 cup ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 cup sparkling water or lemonade (for a fizzy/light version)
Extra sliced strawberries & apple chunks (for serving)

Blend base:
Add strawberries, apple, milk, yogurt, sugar, and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust texture:
If itβs too thick, add a bit more milk. If you want it lighter, stir in sparkling water or lemonade after blending.
Taste & tweak:
Add more sugar or honey if needed. A splash of vanilla enhances the flavor.
Serve:
Pour into a large jug. Add extra fruit slices for that look in your picture.
Chill & enjoy:
Serve cold in glasses with some fruit pieces in each.

For a dairy-free version, use plant-based milk and skip yogurt or use coconut yogurt.
Want it extra refreshing? Add a squeeze of lemon juice.
For a thicker smoothie style, reduce liquid and add more yogurt.
