Flourless Zero-Carb Cheese Crisps
These crunchy, savory crisps are super easy, naturally low-carb, and made without flour.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, and seasoning in a bowl.
Scoop small piles onto the tray and flatten slightly. Leave space between each.
Bake for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy around the edges.
Let cool for a few minutes — they crisp up more as they cool.
