Chocolate Bloom Brownies 🍫
Ingredients
200 g bloomed chocolate (white coating is fine)
120 g butter
150 g sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
90 g flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
Melt the chocolate and butter together slowly.
Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Pour into a greased small baking pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the center is just set.
Cool before cutting.

Chopped nuts
Chocolate chips
A swirl of peanut butter
Sea salt on top
