Slow Cooker Creamy Potatoes
Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley or bacon bits for topping
Instructions
Grease the slow cooker lightly with butter or cooking spray.
Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle with half the onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cheese.
Repeat with remaining potatoes and toppings.
Pour the evaporated milk evenly over everything.
Drizzle melted butter on top.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
until the potatoes are tender and creamy.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving so the sauce thickens slightly.

Cooked bacon
Sliced smoked sausage
Parmesan cheese on top
