Slow Cooker Cranberry Chicken (2-Ingredient Version)
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (or jellied cranberry sauce)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
Optional Extras
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
Dump the cranberry sauce on top.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Once tender, spoon the sauce over the chicken before serving.
