Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken
A rich, creamy chicken dinner that’s easy to throw together and perfect over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 blocks cream cheese (8 oz / 225 g each), softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Optional: chopped parsley, shredded cheddar, bacon bits, green onions
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic, onion powder, and pepper over the chicken.
Add the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
Place the cream cheese blocks on top.
Cover and cook:
LOW for 6–7 hours, or
HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together until creamy and smooth.
Serve hot over rice, egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.

Quick Oven Version
Put chicken in a baking dish.
Mix soup, seasoning, broth, and cream cheese.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 35–40 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
