🍪 Brownie Mix Cookies
Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (about 450–500 g)
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
2–4 tbsp flour (optional, helps make them more cookie-like)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional but great)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix the brownie mix, eggs, and oil until a thick dough forms.
If the dough feels too soft or sticky, add 1–2 tablespoons flour at a time until scoopable.
Stir in chocolate chips if using.
Scoop spoonfuls onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave space between each.
Bake for 8–11 minutes (don’t overbake—they should stay soft in the center).
Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes before moving.
Tips
For extra fudgy cookies: underbake slightly.
For thicker cookies: chill dough 20–30 minutes before baking.
