Garlic Butter Frog Legs
Ingredients
2 lbs frog legs, cleaned
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley or cilantro
Instructions
Wash the frog legs well and pat dry.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
Heat oil and butter in a large pan.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add frog legs and cook 4–5 minutes per side until lightly golden.
Sprinkle chili flakes if you like heat.
Cover and cook another 5 minutes on low heat until tender.
Garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve hot.
