Slow Cooker Creamy Vanilla Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked white rice (short or medium grain works best)
4 cups milk
1 can (400 ml) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream (optional for extra richness)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp butter
Raisins (optional)
Instructions:
Lightly grease your slow cooker.
Add the raw rice to the bottom.
In a bowl, whisk together milk, condensed milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the mixture over the raw rice.
Add butter on top.
Cover and cook:
LOW: 3β4 hours
Stir once or twice if possible.
When the rice is tender and creamy, serve warm.

Chopped nuts
Caramel drizzle
Fresh fruit
