Note: Clove tea has a warm, spicy flavor and may have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. However, claims that it cures headaches, cleanses the lungs, or burns fat are not strongly supported by scientific evidence. It’s best enjoyed as a flavorful herbal drink rather than a medical treatment.
