🛒 Ingredients (4–6 servings)
500 g (1 lb) ground beef
4–5 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 can (300–400 g) cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great)
Salt & pepper, to taste
(Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or a splash of milk for extra creaminess)

Prep the base
Add the chopped potatoes and onion to the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add the beef
Crumble the raw ground beef directly over the potatoes (no need to cook first).
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup with a little salt and pepper.
(Optional: add a splash of milk to thin it out.)
Combine
Pour the soup mixture evenly over everything.
Cook
LOW: 6–7 hours
HIGH: 3–4 hours
Finish with cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 20–30 minutes, cover, and let it melt.
🍽️ Tips
Don’t stir at the beginning—this helps everything cook evenly.
You can swap cream of mushroom for cream of chicken if you prefer.
Add carrots or peas for extra veggies.
